THE NAME IS NEW BUT THE AGENCIES BEHIND IT ARE EXPERIENCED AND THEIR NAMES ARE WELL-KNOWN. TODAY, KERNEL SIMPATICO, ZUPA RECOMMENDED AARHUS, AND DIGITAL XPRESS MERGE AND BECOMES AGENCY SPRING WITH A TOTAL OF 115 EMPLOYEES IN AARHUS, COPENHAGEN, MANCHESTER AND HO CHI MINH CITY.

Kernel Simpatico and Zupa Recommended Aarhus have a shared ambition to be the best at solving complex marketing challenges for large national and international cooperations. Today, that ambition has led to the merger of the two agencies into one of Denmark’s biggest and strongest agencies – AGENCY SPRING.

The new agency unifies strong strategic, creative and production resources in a cross-media agency at high international level.

To Kernel Simpatico, the merger with Zupa Recommended Aarhus is a natural continuation of the strategy and the generational succession that was initiated with the merger between Kernel and Simpatico earlier this year. To Zupa Recommended Aarhus and the DXP units, the merger is an important step that safeguards the interests of the existing customers and makes it possible to capitalise on – and expand – the DXP business further. Consequently, the merger was not a difficult decision for CEO Albert Funder and the other members of the management in Zupa Recommended Aarhus.
